It is free to sign up as a partner.

4.2 Conclusion of the agreement

A partner’s application is approved based on the terms (conditions, rates, etc.) applicable at the time of application. Brikk is not obligated to approve a partner’s application.

  • – Using your affiliate link in the context of Google Shopping Ads is not allowed.
  • – In articles and other content that contains a partner link to Brikk, do not mention discount codes, coupon codes, etc.
  • – Content that acts as marketing for the advertiser must be marked as an advertisement, e.g. with the text ‘Advertising’, ‘Sponsored’, ‘Contains advertising links’ etc. The Consumer Ombudsman’s guide to influencers.
  • – Advertisements may not be used on websites that violate the law (you as a partner assume all responsibility in this regard).
  • – If you are removed or rejected as a participant in our affiliate program, you must remove promotional material for our affiliate program as soon as possible.
  • – You are not allowed to use your own affiliate link when listing your property for sale on Brik.

Breaking the rules will result in deletion of your partner user without balance payout. If you are unsure if you are in violation of this section, please send an email to Info@brikk.dk.

4.4 Accrual and payment of amounts

Amounts earned are added to the partner’s balance.

All amounts are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is added for invoices to companies.

Order amounts (the base) from which sales are earned are typically including VAT, but excluding shipping/fees.

Brikk pays via bank transfer to the partner’s bank accounts where registration number and account number are stated or to foreign bank accounts where SWIFT code and IBAN number are stated.

When paying out to foreign bank accounts, the payout limit is DKK 1000. Exchange rate differences may occur.

4.5 Cheating and manipulation

Cheating and manipulation to earn amounts that should not rightfully be earned (as assessed by Brikk) is unacceptable and may result in immediate deletion or a strong warning. Brikk has the sole discretion to decide whether cheating or manipulation is involved and whether it should result in deletion or a warning.

Rule of thumb: Users should click on ads of their own interest!

Cheating is understood to be any technical or human attempt by the Partner themselves or those around them, to earn amounts that should not rightfully be earned.

Cheating includes (but is not limited to):

  • – Automatic clicks via scripts, an external program or a robot.
  • – Forced clicks for the user to achieve something.
  • – Hidden ads.
  • – Click cold via frames and iframes.
  • – False registrations and orders.

Manipulation is the attempt to get others to take an action that generates earned revenue without the advertiser getting a real effect and where the sole purpose is to try to make money, e.g. systematic clicks ‘to keep the site alive’.

In case of cheating or manipulation, where the partner’s profile is then deleted, the balance is not paid out.

If you are unsure if you are in violation of this section, please write to Brikk at Info@brikk.dk.

4.6 Error situations/cancellations

Situations may arise where orders are incorrectly registered, should not have been registered, cannot be completed or are the result of a test etc.

In addition, consumers can cancel orders according to legislation regarding the right of return etc. No commission is paid for sales that are canceled.

4.7 Earning rule

Registrations, leads and sales are awarded to the partner whose link the user visits first. This means that only this partner earns the amount.

The cookie duration is 30 days.

4.8 Conditions for data processing

As a partner, you give Brikk the right to store and process personal data (cookie information, IP addresses, etc.) that you may share with Brikk in connection with tracking clicks via Brikk tracking script, as this is necessary for us to register and pay you for generated sales and leads.
