Which documents does Brikk stand for?

Brikk takes care of all documents needed for pre-sale, during the sale, for closing the sale and for after-sale. However, sellers must always order an energy label, condition report and electrical installation report themselves. By law, neither Brikk nor other real estate agents are allowed to carry out these reports themselves. An impartial third party, who is not on the seller’s or buyer’s side, is required to prepare these reports. The seller’s real estate agent is therefore not considered to be impartial, but on the seller’s side. These are therefore not included in the fee, neither at Brikk nor at other real estate agents, as this is not allowed. However, Brikk can refer to companies that can perform these for our sellers.
